ResellerCalc is a free suite of thirteen profit and fee calculators for people who sell online — eBay flippers, Poshmark closets, Etsy shops, sneaker and streetwear resellers, live-selling hosts and everyone who moves inventory between platforms. It exists because fee math is where reselling businesses quietly die: a listing priced from a 2022 fee table, or from a forum post’s “about 13%,” can surrender several dollars per sale to a structure that changed last quarter.
Every calculator runs one engine: the platform’s published fee structure (as of the verification date shown on each page and in the site footer), applied line by line — commission, per-order charges, payment processing, category surcharges, optional store-tier discounts — then your costs, then the profit and margin that actually reach your account. Where a platform moved fees off the seller and onto the buyer (Mercari, Vinted, Depop’s commission cut), the calculator says so explicitly, because pricing against a fee that no longer exists is as expensive as ignoring one that does.
Three principles run the site. First, privacy by architecture: no account, no server-side computation, no storage — every calculation happens in your browser and disappears when you close the tab. Second, honesty about drift: marketplace fees change several times a year, so every page carries its verification date and a pointer to the platform’s official fee page rather than pretending to be a live feed. Third, decisions over trivia: each calculator includes reverse pricing — type the profit you want and get the listing price that survives the fees — because that is the number a seller actually acts on. Corrections and fee-change reports are welcome at hello@resellercalc.chicauralab.com; verified fee updates ship fast.
